3. Quotes, proposals, and scope
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver services, except where disclosure is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials shared with us and revoking access when the engagement ends. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with written notice or immediately for material breach. Fees are payable for work performed up to termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of WA courts.

We provide tiered packages (Starter, Intermediate, Premium) and a one-off Financial Health Overhaul, plus related advisory and analytics. Service inclusions are described on our website/quotes and may evolve over time.
3. Quotes, proposals, and scope
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
- Scope is defined in your proposal/engagement letter.
- Out-of-scope requests may require a change order and adjusted fee/timeline.
- Prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless marked otherwise.
- Online purchases are payable upfront via our website gateway (Square).
- For invoiced work: payment due 14 days EOM (or as stated).
- We may require a deposit for the Overhaul. Late payments may incur admin/interest as permitted by law.
- You can book via Calendly. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- No-shows may be ineligible for complimentary rebooking.
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and access.
- Ensure you have rights/permissions to share any data or files.
- Maintain backups of your own data/systems.

8. Intellectual property
- Pre-existing IP (ours and yours) remains with the original owner.
- We grant you a licence to use deliverables we create for your internal business purposes, subject to full payment.
- Template methods and know-how we use remain our IP.
- Deliverables and dashboards are for general information and decision support. They are not legal, tax, or financial product advice.
- Outcomes depend on factors outside our control (data quality, implementation). We do not guarantee specific savings or results.
- Our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption.
- Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
